YOVA is an AI-powered platform that brings voice and chat agents together, designed to help businesses modernize how they communicate with customers.

I created YOVA after noticing the same problem across many organizations: customer support was either outdated call centers or fragmented chat tools that didn’t connect. The vision for YOVA was to rethink that model by offering multilingual, AI-first agents that can hold conversations across channels - whether on WhatsApp, a website, or through voice.

From the beginning, the focus was on accessibility. I wanted businesses to be able to launch their own AI agents without heavy infrastructure or technical complexity. That’s why YOVA was built with a no-code agent builder, analytics, and plug-and-play integrations.

YOVA is currently live as an MVP and in testing with pilot users. It is being explored in industries like hospitality, retail, and services where multilingual, conversational support can make a direct impact.
